We fully support our colleague Rubén Rocha Moya, said this morning Gerardo Fernández Noroña , President of the Board of Directors of the Senate of the Republic, who during a press conference was asked if Governor Rubén Rocha Moya continues to support him in the face of recent demonstrations .

The Senator was very explicit in pointing out that the recall of the mandate already exists and those who are demonstrating do not even need to demonstrate, since it is only necessary to meet the requirements and begin the process.

"If the majority of people vote and say he is leaving, any ruler, my friend Rubén Rocha , any ruler, then he leaves and if they do not reach the necessary vote , then even if there is a sector that wants him to leave, then he does not leave, that is already established in the law ," said Fernández Noroña.

The President of the Board of Directors added that unlike previous regimes, they opened the possibility for the people to put and remove rulers , because they believe in the people , they believe in them, they serve them and they obey them, he stressed.

There is no problem with revoking mandates

Fernández Noroña concluded by mentioning that if, anywhere in the country, someone wants to revoke any authority , there is already a way to do so and they have no problem with it.
