A person was found lying face down with a message on a cardboard box shot to death on the highway to Eldorado in Culiacán , on the morning of Thursday, February 13.
The victim was described as a person of average build , dark skin and wearing jeans.
The events were reported by the same field workers and drivers who were traveling on the Eldorado highway .
